INYUN is hiring in Brentford, by Kew Bridge. We are looking for chefs, bakers and baristas to join our Korean fried chicken, matcha and specialty coffee spot in West London, near Kew, Chiswick and Hounslow. We are takeaway now, with dine-in opening for the first time this summer, so it is an early moment to come on board.

Chefs run the kitchen and the Korean fried chicken that INYUN is built on. That means breaking down and brining the birds, the triple fry, and the sides like tteokbokki, all made fresh through the day. A feel for Korean food is welcome, and a willingness to learn our way of doing things matters more.

Bakers handle the fresh baking alongside the coffee and matcha. It is early starts and steady hands, working close to the counter so what comes out of the oven sits right next to the drinks. If you love baking and care about doing the simple things well, we would like to hear from you.

specialty coffee and Kagoshima matcha
Baristas pour our specialty coffee and Kagoshima matcha. Coffee runs from espresso through flat white to mocha, and matcha goes from a clean latte to the vanilla sea salt and cold foam versions, all made with matcha imported from Kagoshima, Japan. Warmth with customers and care in the cup are what we look for.
